You will be asked to provide us with your information when you:
- use our Services via our app

- complete any surveys we ask you to fill in that we use for research purposes (although you do not have to respond to these if you do not want to).

Our application also collects your investment portfolio information including amongst others:
- Number of shares and date of investments of companies that you have invested in
- Documents associated with these investments
These are used for fulfilling our contract with you.

Angel Risk Management Software Limited takes your privacy very seriously and will never disclosure, share or sell your data without your consent, unless required to do so by law. We only retain your data for as long as is necessary and for the purposes specified in this notice. We do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age and our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older.

If you create an account with us, you are able to modify and update your own personal information by logging into your user account in the Angelrisk app.

We do not share or disclosure any of your personal information without your consent, other than for the purposes specified in this notice, where there is a legal requirement or to enforce our terms and conditions. Angel Risk Management Software Limited do not transfer your data outside of the EEA and will always ask for consent if this becomes a requirement.
Where do we store your data?
We might transfer and store the data we collect from you somewhere outside the UK. People who work for us or our suppliers outside the UK might also process your data.
When we share your information with third parties located outside of the UK which process information on our behalf (for example, email update services) we ensure that they adhere to minimum standards. This is supported by contractual clauses or data transfer agreements. How do we secure personal data?
Your data is stored using trusted third-party specialist providers. Your data is protected by a password login that is only shared with those that need the data to provide our service and the data is backed up using secure servers.
How long do we keep your personal data for?
We will keep your personal data for as long as you subscribe to the Angelrisk app. We will clean the list at least twice a year to permanently remove all email addresses that have unsubscribed over the last six months. We will keep anonymised market research and usage data for as long as it is useful to inform the product design and features and marketing of the Angelrisk app and always subject to the requirements of UK law or contractual obligations.
